Grappa is a unique Italian treasure: a spirit that can be found exclusively in our country.

The pomace can be fermented or unfermented with the wine must. Then the distillation begins, during which the alcoholic percentage of the grappa depends. Protagonists of this phase are the master distiller and the alembics. The classification of the various types of grappa, its flavor and aroma depend on the type of still used, the grape variety and the geographical designation of origin.
