Soft and delicate white wine, its production center is the village of Custoza and the surrounding municipalities, including some municipalities towards Lake Garda. It is mainly produced with grapes such as Garganega, Trebbianello and Bianca Fernanda. It’s an excellent match with light dishes, appetizers, aperitifs, first and second courses of fish.

The small inhabited center of Custoza rises on rolling hills covered by vineyards. Crucial battles against the Austro-Hungarian Empire were fought here leading to Italian Independence. The village has some elegant Venetian villas and is dominated by the mighty Ossuary.
