Cooking class: hands in the dough

Italians are world famous for a passion for cooking that often borders fixation. We cook fresh ingredients, dine together (with family or with friends), and when we eat we talk about food, of course.

Wearing an apron and moving in company around the cooker is an excellent experience for team building (Americans call it bonding time). It is even used as a business activity to promote collaboration.

A classic cooking class lasts about 4 hours, and involves the preparation of an appetizer, pasta with a sauce and a dessert, such as tiramisu. But you can also learn how to cook pizza or ice cream, or even the panettone!
