Modena and the great classics
#foodies
Modena, one of the Italian food capitals, is the centre of an area where the greatest classics of the Italian food tradition are produced. From an agriturismo on the hills we’ll discover how these treasures are produced: balsamic vinegar, still aged in the attic of the houses in Modena, Parmigiano Reggiano, that can be produced only in this area, ham and other cuts, produced in farms that use an organic agriculture. These gastronomy experiences are combined with the visit of the beautiful cities of Modena and Bologna. The tour ends with a captivating cooking class.
